Coronavirus update for Big Boy Movers
We are open for business.
With the news around the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to give you, our customers, an update on how this will affect our jobs for you.
We are still open for business, accepting new jobs, and plan to go through with all current jobs that we have scheduled. There is a lot of fear around the coronavirus right now, but we want to be available for our customers and make a stressful situation better. The need for our services and a strong customer connection right now are vital.
Cautions that we are taking:
We understand how important it is to take precautions as we are entering customers’ homes during this time. We are doing everything we can to keep our customers and employees safe from the virus. Our movers will only be working a job if they are healthy, and they are each aware of the seriousness of this virus and how it is transmitted.
We will only do moves for customers who are not infected and who do not have a fever and dry cough.
You can expect cleanliness and healthy precautions from our movers (washing hands regularly, wearing rubber gloves, etc.), and we expect the same from each of our customers.
It is important for our customers to disclose anything to us that may be relevant to the virus:
- Have you been showing any symptoms (dry cough or fever)?
- Have you traveled out of the country or to the states that are affected by the coronavirus?
- Is your home clean and ready for our movers to enter without worry?
Our movers are proven and honest employees, and they are ready to help during this time.
